Incorrect/Incomplete Delivery Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery and we can not
contact you to verify the address information ( due to your incorrect/incomplete email address, phone number ) you will be
refunded for the total amount of your order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total order amount. International Orders & International Shipping:
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are
not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can
be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to the USA for failure to pay customs or product
rejection by customs, the customer will be issued a refund for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 10% restocking
fee. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes
will be charged to the customers' credit card. 30-Day Returns and Refunds:
If you change your mind on your
orders or if you are not satisfied with our products, simply return the products that are unused or unopened to us within
30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue a refund once we receive the return. There is a 10% restocking fee for
all the returned orders and postage or shipping fees are not refundable. The refunds will be issued by a company check or
send to your PayPal account, please allow up to 30 days for receiving your refunds.
We reserve the rights to reject
any order or returns. This policy may be changed without notice.

business check. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will
ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
